Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes Kabupaten Brebes
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes Kabupaten Brebes”.
Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah
a. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes
b. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes.
c. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes
d. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes.
Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian survey.Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang variabel harga, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli konsumen. Metode dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penunjang penelitian.
Hasil pengujian dari ketiga hipotesis yang telah dilakukan yaitu harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 20,870, sedangkan Ftabel pada tingkat kepercayaan dan derajat kebebasan yang sama sebesar
2,70. Dengan demikian Fhitung> Ftabel, atau berdasarkan sigifikansi α = 0,05 > 0,000, maka hipotesis nol ditolak, berarti bahwa pengaruh dari variabel harga(X1), lokasi(X2) dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) secara bersama–sama terhadap minat beli(Y).

This study takes the title "The Effect of Price, Location and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest in the Rear Market of the Brebes Regional Military Command, Brebes Regency".
The objectives to be achieved in this research are
1. To determine the effect of price on consumer purchase interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim
2. To determine the effect of location on consumer buying interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim.
3. To determine the effect of service quality on consumer purchase interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim
4. To determine the effect of price, location and service quality together on consumer buying interest in the Pasar Behind Kodim Brebes.
This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a survey research approach. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire method was used to obtain data on the variable price, location, service quality and consumer purchase interest. The documentation method in this
study is used to obtain research supporting data. The test results of the three hypotheses that have been carried out, namely price, location and service quality have an influence on consumer buying interest in the Rear
Market of the Brebes Kodim. Through the results of the calculations that have been done, it is obtained Fcount of 20.870, while Ftable at the same level of confidence and degrees of freedom is 2.70. Thus Fcount> Ftable, or based on the significance of α = 0.05> 0.000, then
the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the influence of the variable price (X1), location (X2) and service quality (X3) together on purchase intention ( Y).
